Overlooking  Vouliagmeni bay, at the southern Athens Riviera, the last floor of a 70’s residential complex has been completely redesigned to fulfil the needs of the new owners.

The existing small spaces were combined into more spacious rooms. In the new design proposal  the living room, the dining room and the kitchen unite in an open space with a lightweight approach. The new living space is orientated towards the magnificent sea view and the master bedroom becomes larger, by discreetly incorporating the bathroom and the dressing room into it.

The desired unified architectural result was achieved by integrating the interior design into the conceptual phase. Texture and colour, wood finishes, natural materials and furniture complete the interior design which was made in a modern-classic aesthetic approach.
